Who are your programs for?
Our leadership programs are designed for a diverse audience, catering not only to emerging leaders who have recently entered management roles but also to seasoned senior leaders looking to further elevate their skills and insights. Whether you’re navigating the early stages of your leadership journey or seeking to refine your strategic approach as a experienced professional, our programs provide an ideal foundation for leadership positions within any organization.

Can I work during the program? What is the time commitment?
Yes, our programs are designed for busy working professionals who want to get ahead without putting their lives on hold. Nearly all enrolled students continue working full-time and are able to balance program requirements with other responsibilities. Schedules are subject to change.
What if I don’t have time for a 12-week commitment?
That’s okay! We offer two 3-week, focused programs. Check out Developing Business Acumen (focused on “the numbers”) and Becoming an Effective Manager (focused on “the people”).
What if I can’t make all of the scheduled meetings?
If an emergency pops up, we can work with you to be flexible; however, in order to successfully complete the curriculum and receive a certificate of completion, you must attend no less than 80% of all sessions.
What will I learn in The 12-Week MBA program?
Our program covers people management, financial literacy and business acumen, influencing skills, and strategic planning. You’ll engage in experiential learning via guided case studies, high-impact simulations, and an Action Learning Project.

Who teaches the course content?
The immersive, experiential learning modules that form the foundation of The 12-Week MBA are led by distinguished Abilitie faculty. Our faculty have taught senior executives and high-potential employees at leading organizations across the globe. Case study discussions are facilitated by experienced mentors from a variety of industries.
Each small group will also meet with real-world business leaders who provide feedback on participant Action Learning Projects and give insight into how to translate The 12-Week MBA experience into the real world.

Is the program accredited? Will I receive proof of completion or a verifiable certification upon completion?
The 12-Week MBA is based on Abilitie’s award-winning, immersive 12-Week MBA curriculum, which has been completed by rising and senior leaders at over 50 Fortune 500 companies and institutions like Harvard Business School, MIT, and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. The 12-Week MBA itself is not an accredited Master’s of Business Administration. It is designed as a cost-effective alternative to a longer MBA experience.
Upon completion, graduates receive an exclusive The 12-Week MBA credential issued by Credly as proof of their accomplishments.

I already have a business undergraduate degree or minor. Is The 12-Week MBA for me?
The 12-Week MBA is for any leader who wants to hone their skills and advance to a senior-level leadership role in the future. Because the curriculum is hands-on, practical, and case-study-based, you’ll likely learn and benefit from the program even if you already have a foundational knowledge of business. Furthermore, the connections to accomplished peers, senior-level mentors, and company executives make the curriculum worthwhile.

How much do your programs cost?
We believe a quality business education should be accessible to everyone. We also know, after working with Fortune 500 companies since 2015, that you don’t need to spend $100,000 on a 2-year degree to excel in business.
The cost of our programs ($2,350: The 12-Week MBA and $850: 3-Week Programs) is just a fraction of a traditional university. We are committed to providing a variety of equitable, affordable, and comprehensive solutions to leveling up your career, and many of our students receive tuition reimbursement from their employers.
Do you offer scholarships?
We’re committed to making our education accessible. That’s why we offer early bird discounts and scholarships to professional organizations like Teach for America, the Project Management Institute, and The Room.

Technical Details
The 12-Week MBA graduates have taken part in our programs from all over the world – we do our best to make sure our programs are accessible and that technology isn’t a barrier.
What are the technical requirements for The 12-Week MBA programs?
A strong internet connection (WiFi or wired) is required, as the synchronous portions of the program are online.
Our digital program platforms are compatible with most browsers and devices. However, we recommend using a desktop/laptop for the program for the best user experience.
How long do I have access to the program?
You’ll have lifetime access to networking and one full year of access to our proprietary Learning Portal and Fluent in Finance, our award-winning financial acumen course that you can use to refresh your knowledge and review key concepts.
