Learning ObjectivesIn the Enterprise Challenge program, participants are placed in cross-functional teams, compete with others in a dynamic marketplace, take calculated business risks, react to unexpected events, and learn how to utilize their leadership style to execute strategy under pressure.

Live simulations & AI Cases

In our team-based simulation, participants learn to define collective decision-making processes to set a strategy and execute it. AI Cases let learners practice discovering market dynamics, formulating a business strategy, and presenting it to executive stakeholders.
