Mike O’Hora
VP Enterprise Learning at CBRE
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Mike brings 26 years of L&D/HR/Sales expertise, currently as the Vice President of Enterprise Learning at CBRE. Before that, he served as the Global Talent leader for Iron Mountain and prior to that he spent six years at the Recall Corporation, where he led the North America HR and L&D teams. Mike has worked for UPS, Home Depot, Ferguson Enterprises and BMC on organizational development, transformational learning strategies, leadership development, integrated talent management and sales force effectiveness. Mike served in the Marine Corps during the Gulf War, holds a Master’s Degree in HR Development, has his SHRM-SCP Certification and is a published cartoonist.

With over a decade in the field of leadership development, Rebecca currently serves as Director of Client Experience at Abilitie. She partners with clients to create leadership initiatives that provide exceptional educational experiences and build the right skills for companies to meet their goals.
