Join the Abilitie team for an engaging, competitive look at the power of experiential learning. In this event, you will have the opportunity to experience a taste of our brand new Influence Challenge simulation!

In this taster session, you will experience a fast-paced, multi-party negotiation and decision simulation that builds executive-level influence skills. Navigating high-stakes conversations when faced with conflicting goals, learners also discover how to effectively balance stakeholder interests and drive impact without relying on hierarchical power.

Learning Objectives

• Explore the real-world mindsets and behaviors that enhance influence

• Create shared interests among disconnected or conflicting stakeholders and groups

• Practice effective reciprocity as a way to build trust and relationships

• Practice executive-level influence behaviors and discover communication blind spots

Attendees will be asked to reserve their schedules for the entire play session (11:30am – 1:30pm CT) if possible – you don’t want to abandon your teammates!

Time will be reserved at the end of the session for Q&A regarding Abilitie’s other simulations and how the competitive development experiences fit into broader programs.
