Business Challenge Overview: In this simulation, participants battle for market share in a dynamic marketplace. Teams compete to best position their companies and deeply understand the drivers of value creation: growth, profitability, and risk.

Learning Objectives*:

• Connect day-to-day decisions to key value drivers: growth, profitability, and risk

• Learn how to effectively drive business growth using financial data and metrics

• Gain conversancy in the financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
