About the Speakers
Bjorn Billhardt, CEO & Founder
An organizational and leadership development expert, Bjorn Billhardt has designed leadership development programs and collaborated with world-class institutions for two decades. Since 2015, Bjorn has been CEO of Abilitie, a provider of leadership development and mini-MBA programs. Abilitie’s programs have educated over 100,000 learners worldwide.
Prior to founding Abilitie, Bjorn was Co-founder and CEO of Enspire Learning, Inc. Previously he was a consultant with BAAN and McKinsey & Company. Bjorn holds a BA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Bjorn serves on the Board of Directors for both The Magellan International School and milk + honey spa. He is an Advisory Board Member to the University of Texas at Austin School for Undergraduate Studies and HDO Program. A native of Hamburg, Germany, Bjorn recently completed his first solo flight in pursuit of his pilot’s license.
Nathan Kracklauer, Chief Research Officer
Nathan Kracklauer has been designing and developing leadership development programs for more than 20 years. Over the course of his career, he has authored courses for organizations such as Harvard Business School and World Bank, and led simulation design and instructional design workshops at leading industry conferences including ASTD, Training, and Online Educa Berlin. He established Abilitie’s presence in Europe and formed partnerships with some of Europe’s top corporations and business schools.
As Chief Research Officer at Abilitie, Nathan contributes to the ongoing development of Abilitie’s portfolio of leadership and mini-MBA programs, focusing both on learning content and methodology.
Nathan holds a BA in Liberal Arts Honors and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universtät in Munich.
