In response to demand for focused, shorter course offerings, Abilitie has launched its award-winning business development programs to organizations of all sizes through Invited MBA’s open enrollment cohorts.
Abilitie will continue to work with enterprise clients to offer award-winning leadership development programs, business simulations, and virtual mini-MBAs, and has expanded its open enrollment Invited MBA programs to include two fast track programs — Developing Business Acumen and Becoming an Effective Manager. These additional, 3-week offerings are geared toward individual contributors and small teams, utilizing the same Abilitie business simulations used by Fortune 500 companies around the globe.
With the new program rollouts, both Abilitie and Invited MBA also announced a rebrand, trading their unique, individual logos for a more streamlined look and identity.
CEO Bjorn Billhardt is excited about the future of Abilitie and the impact Invited MBA will continue to have on business education as a whole.
“I could not be more excited to add to the portfolio of Invited MBA courses. The addition of Developing Business Acumen and Becoming an Effective Manager to our open enrollment offerings will continue to create more equitable access to quality business education,” he said. “We know these programs work because we’ve been offering them to our enterprise clients since 2015. I’m looking forward to continuing the dynamic growth and introducing even more programs in 2023.”
A study by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) found employees cite their training as the number one factor in retention and recruitment. Given that hiring a new employee to replace an outgoing one can cost up to 200% of the salary for that role, providing leadership development training opportunities to employees is an important retention strategy. Invited MBA programs are positioned well to support this strategy with a focus on immersive, hands-on learning; guidance by expert faculty; and an opportunity for peer networking with a cohort-based learning experience.
The Invited MBA’s 12-week and 3-week business intensives are designed for:
- Companies with small groups of high potential managers seeking leadership development opportunities
- Individuals with professional development dollars provided by their company
- Education or training programs seeking additional member perks through an affiliate partnership with Invited MBA
- Busy professionals and rising leaders
