The Rising Leader Program is an immersive leadership development program that gives emerging business leaders the business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills they need to advance to the next level in their career.

Participants in this intensive simulation-based program try their hand at running complex businesses in competitive marketplaces and learn from their mistakes, their interactions with peers, and customized debriefs led by certified facilitators.

Graduates of the Rising Leader Program hone the cross-functional leadership and strategic thinking skills they need to advance to the next level in their career. Core focus areas include operating strategically and executing strategy under VUCA conditions. Key learning objectives include communicating and collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams, understanding the drivers of value for a business, and analyzing the long-term implications of business decisions.
