The Senior Leader Program develops critical business and leadership skills in your senior leaders. Graduates of the intensive blended program practice executive-level, cross-functional leadership and execution skills in safe practice environments. They uncover their personal leadership blindspots and hone their business and strategic acumen.

In the Senior Leader Program, senior leaders participate in a series of competitive simulations that teach leadership, financial acumen, and cross-functional communication skills.

Participants sharpen executive-level competencies and develop their leadership voice and style. Key concepts range from influencing people to developing coherent strategies and executing across organizational silos.

WHAT WILL PARTICIPANTS LEARN?

Participants in the Senior Leader Program practice leading large, cross-functional teams, making strategic decisions, and executing in VUCA environments. The program lets participants fully inhabit their positions as organizational leaders and learn from their own actions and mistakes in a safe environment. Through research-based, Socratic debriefs and simulated practice scenarios participants hone their executive decision making skills. They gain a deep understanding of the trade-offs they make in their own careers and practice working through difficult scenarios and situations.

The Senior Leader Program is a holistic leadership development program that develops individuals for lasting, continual leadership growth. Participants undergo a blended curriculum that includes synchronous and asynchronous online study as well as two capstone classroom simulations.
