WHAT WILL PARTICIPANTS LEARN?
Participants in the Senior Leader Program practice leading large, cross-functional teams, making strategic decisions, and executing in VUCA environments. The program lets participants fully inhabit their positions as organizational leaders and learn from their own actions and mistakes in a safe environment. Through research-based, Socratic debriefs and simulated practice scenarios participants hone their executive decision making skills. They gain a deep understanding of the trade-offs they make in their own careers and practice working through difficult scenarios and situations.

The Senior Leader Program is a holistic leadership development program that develops individuals for lasting, continual leadership growth. Participants undergo a blended curriculum that includes synchronous and asynchronous online study as well as two capstone classroom simulations.
