Abilitie’s Rising Leader Program provides tomorrow’s leaders the business, management, and leadership skills necessary to thrive in our fast-paced global business environment.

Abilitie’s Rising Leader Program

Our team-based business simulations serve as the backbone of a unique and enriching 10- to 14-week virtual mini-MBA program. Case study discussions, action-learning projects, and interactive online pre-work assignments also play a key role in the immersive learning environment.

Audience

Our intensive 10- to 14-week part-time mini-MBA can take the place of employees returning to school by giving them the business tools they need to be successful in their careers without the expense and commitment of a multi-year program.

A challenging mini-MBA for aspiring functional business leaders ranging from high-performing individual contributors to directors. Cohort sizes can range from 12 to 40 people in a blended format lasting from 10- to 14-weeks.
