Our Business Challenge Simulation creates a practice environment to use financial data to make decisions that drive business value. Through expertly facilitated debriefs, Emerging Leaders will learn to more confidently communicate about business metrics and evaluate financial data. Key learning objectives include understanding the drivers of value for a business and anticipating the long-term implications of business decisions.

Action Learning Projects

Action Learning Projects are an ideal complement to our intensive simulation-based practice sessions. We work with you to identify and design projects that are adapted to your industry and company initiatives. Action Learning Projects (ALPs) present participants with a real-world problem that your organization has previously encountered or is currently struggling with, or an issue that you’d like to prepare your learners to face in the future. Your learners will be split into small groups to work through the assigned ALP for the duration of the program and will have a chance to apply what they learn through the blended curriculum and immersive real-world simulations.
