Enterprise Intelligence
Our solutions for New Managers offer your learners an introduction to leading cross-functional teams, making strategic or difficult decisions, and executing in VUCA environments. Our optional Enterprise Challenge Simulation places participants in the driver’s seat as organizational leaders and allows them to learn from their own actions and mistakes in a safe environment. Participants hone their enterprise-thinking through research-based, Socratic debriefs and simulated practice scenarios. They gain an understanding of the trade-offs they make as people leaders and practice working through difficult scenarios and situations.
Core focus areas covered include operating strategically and executing strategy under VUCA conditions. Key learning objectives include communicating and collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams and making effective decisions under pressure.
