Becoming An Effective Manager
Through a blended curriculum, Abilitie’s Becoming An Effective Manager program provides a space for learners to better understand themselves and their role as a manager. The journey builds to simulated practice managing employees and delivering meaningful feedback before they make a critical mistake with a direct report.
Work Style Assessment
Participants go through an assessment and debrief session to understand how their work and communication style impacts their ability to drive change in the organization.
With guidance from expert faculty, participants analyze a leadership case study. Through Socratic discussion format, they will unpack learnings from the story and connect them to their own experiences in working collaboratively across functions.
Capstone Simulation in which participants practice their management skills in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Participants put their coaching and communication skills to the test as they manage the motivations, engagement, and performance of a virtual team.
