Work Style Assessment
Participants go through an assessment and debrief session (Default: TypeCoach – Temperaments & Change) to understand how their work and communication style impacts their ability to drive change in the organization.
Case Study
With guidance from expert faculty, participants analyze a leadership case study. Through Socratic discussion format, they will unpack learnings from the story and connect them to their own experiences in working collaboratively across functions.
Executive Challenge
Capstone Simulation is a laboratory for senior leaders, helping them better understand complex organizational dynamics and recognize their own leadership blind spots. In this simulation, senior leaders are tasked with running a business in a fast-paced, competitive marketplace — from forming a strategy to making critical personnel decisions, setting operational capacities, and designing effective sales campaigns.

Abilitie’s Leading Organizational Change Program is tailored to the needs of each client. It can be delivered as a virtual, hybrid, or in-person program and run as a 4 to 6 week program that can be condensed or spread out over additional weeks as desired.
