Enterprise Summit
The Enterprise Summit uses an engaging, competitive business strategy simulation to hone the leadership, communication, and business acumen skills of leaders across all functions of an organization. Participants manage a virtual business in a competitive marketplace, collaborate in teams to execute a strategy, and uncover their own leadership and communication blind spots.
This summit exercise enhances the execution muscle of functional groups, develops cohesion among newly merged teams, and builds crucial leadership skills across various functions.
In this dynamic experience, participants collaborate with teammates across functional silos, reflect on their performance, and cultivate an understanding of their own roles in organizational success.
