Our summits are half- to full-day simulation-based learning experiences that work as stand-alone team building or leadership development events. They are the perfect complement to strategy off-sites and workshops – live or virtual. Enterprise Summit

The Enterprise Summit uses an engaging, competitive business strategy simulation to hone the leadership, communication, and business acumen skills of leaders across all functions of an organization. Participants manage a virtual business in a competitive marketplace, collaborate in teams to execute a strategy, and uncover their own leadership and communication blind spots.

This summit exercise enhances the execution muscle of functional groups, develops cohesion among newly merged teams, and builds crucial leadership skills across various functions.

In this dynamic experience, participants collaborate with teammates across functional silos, reflect on their performance, and cultivate an understanding of their own roles in organizational success.

Audience

The Enterprise Summit is designed for mid- to senior-level business leaders. These are individuals that have cross-functional business responsibilities and deal with complex business problems in rapidly changing marketplaces in their daily lives.
