Work Style Assessment
Participants go through an assessment and debrief session (Default: TypeCoach – Temperaments & Change) to understand how their work and communication style impacts their ability to drive change in the organization.
Case Study
With guidance from expert faculty, participants analyze a leadership case study. Through Socratic discussion format, they will unpack learnings from the story and connect them to their own experiences in working collaboratively across functions.
Enterprise Challenge
Capstone Simulation in which participants are tasked with running a business in a fast-paced, competitive marketplace. They will form a strategy, make critical personnel decisions, set operational capacities, and design effective sales campaigns while working within complex organizational dynamics.

Abilitie’s Executing In Cross-Functional Teams Program is tailored to the needs of each client. It can be delivered as a virtual, hybrid, or in-person program and run as a 4 to 6 week program that can be condensed or spread out over additional weeks as desired.
