Enterprise Challenge Simulation
(Synchronous, virtual or in-person)
Our award-winning Enterprise Challenge Simulation places participants in the driver’s seat as organizational leaders and allows them to learn from their own actions and mistakes in a safe environment. They gain an understanding of the trade-offs they make as people leaders and practice working through difficult scenarios and situations.
Core competencies include:
- Operating Strategically
- Communicating Cross-Functionally
- Decision-Making Under Pressure
- Values-Based Leadership
Leadership Self-Assessment
(Asynchronous, online)
Program participants undergo TypeCoach, an interactive self-assessment experience, and identify their leadership style and, most importantly, learn how they can better influence others.
In a debrief with an expert facilitator, participants come together and share their learnings, dig deeper to understand how different people can work together, and begin to apply their new skills.
Case Studies
(Synchronous, virtual or in-person)
With support from an expert facilitator, participants discuss a Harvard Business School case study on the topic of leadership and cross-functional execution. Through Socratic-questioning and engaging team-based discussion, participants draw insights that can be leveraged on their own teams.
