Our Business Challenge simulation creates a practice environment to use financial data to make decisions that drive business value. Participants will put their skills to the test and learn from their successes and failures. Through expertly facilitated debriefs, rising leaders will more confidently communicate about business metrics and evaluate financial data. Sample Program Schedule
Abilitie’s Rising Leader Programs are tailored to the needs of each client. Our programs can work as condensed 1-week programs or can be spread out over multiple months as desired.
Action Learning Projects
Action Learning Projects are an ideal complement to our intensive simulation-based practice sessions. We work with you to identify and design projects that are adapted to your industry and company initiatives. Action Learning Projects (ALPs) present program participants with a real world problem that your organization has previously or is currently struggling with, or an issue that you’d like to prepare your learners to face in the future. Your learners will be split into small groups to work through the assigned ALP for the duration of the program, and will have a chance to apply what they are learning via the blended curriculum and immersive simulations through the lens of the real-world.
